Please keep the items in their original condition, with the branded box, MRP labels attached, warranty cards and original accessories in the manufacturer's packaging to ensure a successful refund/exchange.

We may contact you to determine the damage or defect of the product before issuing the refund/replacement.

FULLTIMESPORTS is not responsible for the cost of unwanted or returned products or the risk associated therewith. The approval process may take up to 10 days from the date of receipt of the products.
